The wonders of Africa from air, water and the back of an elephant? Where's that 'bid now' button!?
For Days 1 and 2 of this safari to the Zambezi River, you will be transported from Livingstone airport to the divine Thorntree River Lodge, located in the Mosi Oa Tunya National Park, Zambia and overlooking the Zambezi.

Just from your own private deck you'll get to watch Africa's wildlife going about its daily business, or get up-close-and-personal riding on the back of an African elephant or on expertly run game drives and walks.
And if that weren't enough, you're also perfectly situated to visit 'the smoke that thunders' - aka Victoria Falls - a must for any visitor to the area.

On day 3, you'll hop on a speedboat (as you do) to be taken to the Chobe Marina Lodge, located in the North Eastern corner of Botswana - where no less than four African countries converge: Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia.
Here, you will spend two nights immersed in nature, as all of the rooms here face the river. You're spoilt for choice as you can explore the local area by land or river. Imagine sitting on the river at sundown watching the animals approach the waters edge and the splash and snort of hippo near by.

For your final two days, you will head for your final destination, back across the river to the David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa. You will be amongst the first to stay in the exquisite new lodge found on the banks of the Zambezi River, near to the Victoria Falls. There is a choice of excursions and river cruises on the hotel's customised boat, a choice of restaurants, and a spa - just to make sure you are thoroughly soothed.

And while you are here, a special treat: this package includes a 30 minute helicopter 'Flight of Angels' over Victoria Falls - sure to float even the fussiest of boats!

Boring but important:

LOT DEFINITION
This Lot is for a 6 night Safari package to the Zambezi and Victoria Falls.

The package includes the following itinerary:

Day 1 & 2 From Livingstone Airport, Zambia, you will be transported to Thorntree River Lodge, located in the Mosi Oa Tunya National Park, Zambia. You will be staying in a luxurious suite with private deck overlooking the river (three meals and 1 activity per day included - which is a guided tour to the Falls and a game drive).

Day 3 & 4 From Thorntree Lodge, you will be transported to Chobe Marina Lodge across the river in Botswana by speedboat. You will be staying in a river facing room (three meals and two game activities are included - a choice of game drive or sunset cruise).

Day 5 & 6 From Chobe Marina Lodge you will be transported back across the river to David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa. This is a brand new hotel overlooking the Zambezi River, in close proximity to Victoria Falls. (daily breakfasts are included and a 30 minute Flight Of Angels over the Victoria Falls in a helicopter). From David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa you will be transferred back to Livingstone Airport for your international flight home.

to increases in fuel costs imposed upon the suppliers of this Lot.
• The hotels included in the tour reserve the right to change their rates at any time.
This can result in a surcharge being payable.

Southern Africa, luxury train travel or further excursions to the Indian Ocean.
